Every large organization we worked with wanted to deploy AI agents at scale. Every one hit the same wall: no infrastructure to govern them, and no path that didn't lead back to a vendor's platform. So we built the infrastructure. Governed execution with a trust model built in, and an intelligence layer that compounds over time and stays with whoever built it.
Agion was founded in Helsinki in 2025 to solve a fundamental gap in enterprise AI: organizations want to deploy AI agents at scale, but there is no governance infrastructure to run them responsibly. The team builds an AI-native operating system that lets business leaders design governed agentic processes in minutes, with built-in compliance, sovereign deployment, and organizational intelligence that compounds over time.

The people behind Agion
The team has run AI programs inside regulated public institutions and shipped products across three continents. Some worked on agentic systems before the category had a name. They came from the organizations that needed governed AI most and found the infrastructure missing.
We know what the wall looks like from the inside, and the platform is what we wished existed when we were on the other side of it.
